There's plant medicine all around us! Come meet some of our plant allies while taking a leisurely stroll through nature. We'll meet several local plants, both native and non-native, and learn their properties and uses. Some are medicine, some are food...some are both! Learn how plant medicine can be used to manage or improve health. Find out about the ancient relationships that some plants have with humans. Also learn how plants communicate with each other and with us! We will be meeting at a local cafe first, and then guests will need to drive themselves 5-8 mins to the hiking location. It will be a leisurely 1 mile walk, little to no elevation gain. We will be pausing frequently along the hike to discuss the plants we find. ** We hike Rain or Shine, so dress for the weather, and have simple rain gear if rain is expected.****
