Xtreme Hip Hop w/LC and Jazmin Channtel will be hosting a STEP PARTY to celebrate our April Birthdays and we want YOU to come get LYT and Fit with us! 💪🏾
This 90min step aerobics class will be catered to ALL levels with a live DJ (DJ MIKE 20) and playlist so dope you’ll forget you’re breaking a sweat!
You can exercise both on or off the aerobic step platform. You can also bring your own step or rent one with your ticket purchase (limited available).
Things to bring:
1) ENERGY and DOPE VIBES! We're working out but don't forget it's our BIRTHDAY PARTY!
2) Board or no board! Just make sure you let us know if you need a one! Grab your tickets early to secure a board (Limited available)
3) Water
4) Towel... because we're going to BURN some calories! Make sure you are hydrated and nutritiously fed prior to the Turn-up!
