Description

This sound bath and cacao ceremonial session will bring relaxation and ease into your evening. The Cacao that has been imported from a small independent Amazonian Tribe in Peru will be served to all attendees to honor the history and culture of the Indigenous Ancient Aztec Tradition. Raw Ceremonial Cacao is a plant medicine originated in Central and South America dating back thousands of years ago to open the heart, ease anxiety and stress, reduce inflammation, and bring forth awareness with an open heart. We will then do some seated guided breath work with gentle movements to create a mind and body connection. Intentional application of deep inhalations and deep exhalations to calm your mind, ease tension in your muscles and giving you the release and relaxation you deserve. Lastly, we will finish with a Native American Inspired Sound Bath. As you lay down, simply allow the holistic sounds of the instruments to ease your mind, your thoughts, and stresses. The sounds will be a mix of low frequency and high frequency to bring you balance, rejuvenation and deep calmness within you. (432 Hz Frequency Sound Waves) * Temperature environment will be warm and cozy (75F) * Recommended attire can be loose and comfy to your preference. * Feel free to bring your yoga mat (if you don't have one, no worries, we have a limited supply of yoga mats for your use) * Feel free to bring a blanket (if you don't have one, no problem, we have a limited supply of handmade blankets sown out of recycled material imported from Mexico) * Most importantly, bring your love and compassion. This space is intended to create a community filled with trust and vulnerability, acceptance for all races and beliefs, LGBTQ, gender equality, peace and love. A judgement free zone. A place to simply be your Authentic Self * Love, Vanessa xoxo
