The half-day Thriving Weld Summit will be an opportunity to reflect on how root causes of health inequities affect our residents and how organizations are working to make a difference. Our keynote speaker will be Cori Wong, an educator, speaker, and writer with 15 years of training and leadership related to social justice, anti-racism, and inclusive culture change. A plenary panel of Weld County residents will then share their experiences with root causes of health inequities. The event will wrap-up with a variety of breakout sessions (housing affordability, mental healthcare access, built environment and food access) and data presentations to illuminate where we're at and imagine where we could go.
A plated breakfast during the keynote speech and snacks will be provided.
