*Please bring your journal, water, yoga mat and any other comforts to keep your body happy during yoga and meditation.* The Love Alchemy workshop is a guided experience into the magic of love- transmutation and union, so that you can connect deeper to your heart's true desire. The journey is a full sensory process that will activate magic through the mind and body. There will be something for all your senses (sight, taste, sound, smell, and touch) to help you embody the vibration of love deep within you! The experience will begin by cultivating sweet body awareness through the senses by introducing visualization, mindful body connection, custom essential oil blend, delightful nibbles, and enchanting sounds. You will then be guided in a short yoga warm-up, transformational breathwork journey through the chakras, reiki and earth energy healing, and a transcendent Chiron gong sound bath to anchor it all in.
