Are you so focused on supporting your family and little ones that you find your own self-care at the bottom of your to-do list? You recognize the need to put yourself first but it's hard to know how, when, and where to do so…This class is for you! Come carve out the space for yourself and receive the replenishment your body, mind, heart, and spirit are longing for. Class will include a combination of gentle and rhythmic movements, breathwork, meditation, and somatic support tools all offered in a loving container emphasizing community. You will re-enter your day feeling more calm, connected, and confident. Come fill your own cup and observe how your act of radical self-care spills over to benefit your family and community. Equipment to bring: yoga mat, blanket, and any other props you’d like (blocks, eye mask, etc.) ** First class on March 17th is FREE **
