Experience the benefits of essential oils, through this class taught by a certified aromatherapist! Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils for their therapeutic benefits, and the benefits are many! For a limited-time price of $30, participants will create their own aromatherapy blend with essential oils and carrier oils in a rollerball style bottle to use topically. I will provide introductory information and guide you through the process. The class fee covers materials, instruction, handouts to keep for future reference, and use of the awesome workshop space at our hosting venue, Renegade Medicine. All skill levels welcome! Essential oils have many benefits to the body, mind, and spirit and can enhance many aspects of your daily life. They can help your body restore balance, lift your mood, reduce stress and pain, and much more! About the teacher: Jennifer of Earth and Aether is a certified aromatherapist specializing in custom holistic blends, with safety and sustainability in mind. She believes that it is beneficial to combine the evidence-based information with experience and intuition and that ingredients from plants can benefit the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Jennifer is also a ceramic artist. In the business name Earth and Aether, aromatherapy is the aether (air) aspect and pottery is the earth aspect.
