The Culinary Apprenticeship Dinner is a student lead fundraising event that features a five-course menu inspired by flavors from around the world. Guests can purchase tickets at a fixed price and have the option to add on preselected wine pairings for an additional fee. This dinner is planned and executed by current CSCC culinary apprentices and other hospitality students. The funds from this event will support additional educational experiences within the hospitality and food service industry.
