In this class we will move through a yoga flow, explore some breath and energy work and experience a guided meditation all in 60 minutes. This practice is an opportunity to connect with your breath, your body, & your Self on a deeper level.
ALL levels welcome, this is a safe space and welcoming community for all.
Bring a yoga mat, some water and yourSelf. Can't wait to move with you!
