Why is it that one child seems to want to talk all the time, so much so that their siblings hardly can get a word in? Why does one son seem so compliant, while the other is constantly in trouble? How is it that one daughter is so careful with everything in her room and keeps it looking orderly, while the other thinks clothes and toys all over the room floor is like an art form? How is it that our daughter loves to be the life of the party, but our son always seems so serious? TEMPERAMENTS! We are all made up of different temperaments and sometimes as parents, figuring out how to teach and train our children who are so unique can be a challenge. During this event we will discuss the various temperaments, their strengths and weaknesses, and how parents can practically train children no matter what their temperament is. We will also spend some time talking specifically to Dads - with some practical ways fathers can be more involved and active in their children's lives - not only how to implement it, but to understand the deep need for it.
