Get answers to the following questions: What are my legal rights as a tenant?What are reasons I can and cannot be legally evicted?Are there still payment exceptions from COVID?What should I do if I am being harassed by my landlord?If I receive an eviction notice, what should I do?And more!There will also be information about services and resources specifically available for City of Gaithersburg residents, although you do not need to be a resident to attend and information presented by Maryland Legal Aid is not specific to the City of Gaithersburg. This workshop is being presented in both English and Spanish.
