In our time together, we will be drawing from: Meditation & Qi Gong to connect with our essential life force energy Improvisational movement; dance and vocal play Inner guidance/ breathwork journey Authentic movement, sisterhood connection, artistic integration Restorative sivasana with Acupuncture/ essential oils/ stone medicineThe specific themes and flavor of each gathering will arise in response to the group who comes together! A co-creative experience, where we collectively surrender to following the energy, honoring the power and mystery of the Divine Feminine as she moves through us. At the heart of Soul Play is the chance to be fully welcomed in a safe & supportive environment. Each woman is lovingly empowered to listen to her needs, & participate at her own level of comfort. * Yoga mats are available onsite; or welcome to bring your own and a cushion if you prefer one for sitting.
