The YIT Foundation and MHTIE Foundations will be hosting the Cancer Survivors Walk on May 20th. The walk will start at The Woodridge Fire House at 2 Green Ave Woodridge, NY 12789. The event will start with registration at 10am and the walk will begin at 11am. Following the walk, there will be a balloon release and candle lighting to honor those who have lost their lives to cancer. Lunch and entertainment will be provided at 1pm. Registration for the event will cost $20 and will include the walk, a T-Shirt, and lunch. The event will end at 5pm.
MHTIE Foundations is a non-profit that supports the terminally ill elderly, while the YIT Foundation focuses on raising awareness for premature births and assisting homeless and low-income military service veterans in need of living assistance.
