This culinary delight will feature - two medium sized craft cocktails, three (five ounce) beers, light snacks, and of course five expertly paired cheeses to go along with all the beverages! Guided by the experts of The Roaming Wedge, Blockhead Beerworks, and Blockhead Stillworks taking you through this journey. Hint hint - we may have something new for you to try! Blockhead will be open before and after the event so you can continue the fun or pregame the event if you so choose! Please note that there are two dates for this event, so you may choose which timeslot works best for you. Tuesday April 25th at 5:30 pm & Wednesday April 26th at 7:00 pm. This event takes place on Blockhead Beerworks heated enclosed patio, which creates an intimate atmosphere with views of the brewery and distillery from the windows. The Roaming Wedge Trailer will also be parked outside of Blockhead, so you may purchase any extra cheeses to take home, or something you loved from the pairing. -Note at 9pm Blockhead switches over to a late night menu instead of their full menu-
