Description

The attendance for the Rural Hill Sheepdog Trials is typically around 2,500 each day. Popular activities include the Sheepdog Trials, Dock Dog competitions, Canine Agility Trials and Demos, Pumpkin Chunkin', Children's Activities, and more. Leashed dogs are welcome at this event.  Vendors are expected to be in attendance both weekend days during festival hours - Rain or Shine Friday will potentially be a Student Day/Open Day and you are welcome to be open. The $125 Merchant Fee includes the following: 12 x 12 space, 1 8' table and 2 chairs. The $175 Merchant Fee includes the following: 20 x 20 space, 1 8' table and 2 chairs. The $225 Merchant Fee includes the following: 20 x 30+ space, 1 8' table and 2 chairs.  Electrical Hook-up: (charged in addition to your vending space fee) You will need to provide a suitable, UL approved extension cord (we recommend a100’ cord) 110 volts $30.00, 220 volts $50 • A CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE (COI) MUST BE PROVIDED BY NOVEMBER 1ST, 2022: a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 is required. Historic Rural Hill and Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation must be listed as additional insured. After completing this application, please mail, fax or email your COI to the festival staff at Rural Hill.
