You don't have to wait a month to get some dancing in; Dance and Be Fit is returning to the Wellness Pavilion on a consistent basis!
Join us and Roland Ford for fun nights of standing and seated body movements! Sessions will be held every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 6-7 pm. Once a month, we will have cooking and stretching demonstrations from Pitt Nutrition and Pitt Sports Medicine students!
These sessions will occur in the SHRS Wellness Pavilion located in the Pitt Community Engagement Center located in Homewood at 622 N. Homewood Ave. Each session is free!
Sessions are open to all age groups, all activity levels, and all skill sets!
