In the month of March, Lensbaby is hosting a self-guided International Photowalk. As a Lensbaby Ambassador, and someone who loves to lead photowalks, I wanted to host a group outing highlighting some of my fave Lensbaby tools. In conjunction with the Photowalk, Lensbaby is holding a photo contest, where they are giving away over $2,000 in prizes! The treasure hunt is how you enter to win, and includes a few themes for inspiration on our journey. The checklist contains 5 themes/words. You can use one, or try them all. There's a bonus category for those who have their new Double Glass II lens. Check out the Lensbaby International Photowalk Facebook Group. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST Submit images for the contest at this link: https://lensbaby.com/pages/lensbaby-international-photowalk Scroll to the bottom of the page, only one image per Treasure Hunt category. WHERE TO MEET & OUR JOURNEY We will meet at the Lincoln Reservoir at Cal Anderson Park, from there we will wander through the area, capturing street scenes, architecture, and more. What to BringThis photowalk is open to all photographers, whether you own Lensbaby gear or not. Bring your fave camera, and lens combination. If you own a Lensbaby lens or OMNI filter gear, please bring it! Kate will have some Lensbaby lenses available for people to try (for Fujifilm and Nikon). Kate will also have some OMNI Filter Kit goodies and loaners available too! Kate’s work is a mix of studio portraiture to street photography, blending in movement and stories along the way.
