This will be a mixed gender FREE Intro to Boot Camp class suitable for people with average fitness & strength who want to learn how to challenge your body in both cardio and strength training functional, whole-body movements, that may or may not involve light weights. People of all ages are welcome & the instructor will give you alternatives if you have physical limitations.
What to Bring: Shorts, Tee Shirt, Sweatshirt, Water Bottle, shoes you can run & jump in.
Instructor Deaglan Giarolo’s mission is to help those who are passionate about becoming a healthier version of themselves, to achieve their goals by guiding them with his knowledge in exercise science and his experience in training.
Deaglan graduated from Westfield State University with a focus in Movement Science, Psychology, and Philosophy. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Sport Performance Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist and Exercise Nutrition Specialist.
