Embodiment by Reawaken is a safe space for us to explore our movement. Building a deeper connection of self through dance, music, journaling and sound alchemy. Reanna has been dancing since the age of three. She believes that through movement we can connect to deeper parts of ourselves that desire to be explored and expanded upon. We will be learning movement that helps us to embody our empowered self, to release and ground. No background in dance needed, all levels will be welcomed and respected. This space will not be focused on how the movement looks, but how it FEELS. We will incorporate journaling to help declutter and release whatever may be going on in our minds. We will use pure crystalline sound bowls to assist us in integrating, cleansing and clearing all that we discover in the session. Please wear comfortable clothes to move in, water, journal and pen. We hope to move with you soon!
