Launch Party Details: Each season, our Group Exercise schedules refresh with small changes to instructors, class duration, and class content. Come party with us as we highlight a taste of what you can expect this spring! Our launch party features 3 of our most popular class types: BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE and BODYPUMP! Come "Spring into" your re-vamped fitness routine with a friend (guests are welcome) or come alone to meet new friends! We can't wait to see you there! About our Spring Schedule: Put a spring in your step, because we’re bringing back some of your favorite classes for the spring group exercise schedule! Mark your calendars for Step on Mondays at 8:15 AM, Yoga on Saturdays at 9 AM, and Movement to Music with Corina on Mondays at 10:45 AM, along with dozens of other classes ranging from 30 to 60 minutes to keep you moving this spring! The new schedule starts Saturday, April 1 and will run through the end of June. We’ll celebrate with this Launch Party on Saturday, April 7! And remember…..
