It’s an exciting time to be in Downtown Lafayette! Join Downtown Lafayette Unlimited for our May Lunch & Learn presented by Duplantis Design Group (DDG) and Acadiana Security Plus. Companies are investing and growing their workforce and 70 new residential units are now leasing to provide more options for urban living. Hear updates from Lafayette Public Trust Financing Authority about the residential and office tenant growth happening on their campus in the LaPlace neighborhood of Downtown Lafayette. Attendees will enjoy a casual seated lunch and then have the opportunity to tour the newly completed Monroe Apartments and SchoolMint offices. This event is scheduled from 11:30-1:30 to provide adequate time for networking, dining, and tours of 2 facilities. Tickets are $20 and will cover the cost of lunch. Seating is limited to the first 60 registrants.
