The In Control Program, a teen pregnancy prevention program, based around youth development; will host their teen fashion show on Sunday, April 23rd, 2023. We are excited to include the youth from our Fashion Design program in this year’s show. The young Fashion Designers will have the opportunity to showcase their unique fashion pieces they created on the runway! This event's main purpose is to build confidence, positive self-esteem and promote cultural identity. The teen models in this show are exposed to the modeling industry and will be wearing some of the trendiest fashions from local fashion designers, boutiques, apparel brand designers and more. Revenue raised through this event allows the In Control program to provide inner city youth with educational opportunities, youth development activities, as well as possible career opportunities.
