Latino Foundation for the Arts is getting ready for its 1st Fundraiser. We are honoring our Chicano/a/e Culture and asking artists to be a part of our event to showcase their work. All proceeds of any art sold will be 100% the artists. LAF will fundraise by way of tickets to the exhibition, which will include food, drinks and entertainment as well as the Chicano/a/e Culture exhibition, and all proceeds will go toward the LAF Art Mentorship programming which has spread to KCK at UrbanWorks LLC, Northeast Area with Latinx Education Collaborative and Rev'ED, KC Chamber in Midtown, Epic Arts in KCK and more partnerships on the way. Your contribution will help support these programs to remain NO COST to our students. And that all our mentors are paid at least 35.00 an hour for their phenomenal time.
