DFW TX, join us in honoring the nu year/spring equinox with community, love, intention, gratitude, laughter and fun for the whole family! ☀️🥳 💐🦋 There will be a community altar set up when you walk in with offerings of fruits and flowers from the community! Please bring an offering of fruit to share!🍍🍇🍓 Our event will kick off with a Gratitude community opening circle then we will follow with guided meditation and sound bowls to connect with the renewal energy of the season. Next, we will move into a gentle yoga practice🧘🏽‍♀️designed to awaken our bodies and minds to the beauty of spring!(kids are welcomed and encouraged!) Throughout the day, we will offer a variety of family-friendly activities including guided intention setting with seed paper🌱 and planting them, “pot” and canvas painting 🎨, a variety of seasonal foods on the grill, health shots, ceremonial cacao 🍫, pineapple tea, music 🎶, exotic animal learning opportunities 🐍, a variety of local vendors 🪶📿🔮, games 🃏🏀and much more! In addition, we will have workshops focused on mindfulness and self-care.🧘🏾‍♂️ As the day winds down, we will gather for evening guided meditation, yoga and sound bowls. As the sun is setting 🌅 We will light a bonfire 🔥 and have a community gratitude fire circle to celebrate the balance of light ☀️ and dark 🌙 that the Spring Equinox represents.
