We are back… for the 4th Annual Run for the Roses Derby Day at the Machaven. This exciting and entertaining event will attract people from Rocky Mount and the surrounding areas. Derby Day at the Machaven will give you a one-of-a-kind Kentucky Derby experience while providing fun and entertainment for all age groups. This event will consist of a live DJ and some special entertainment. The races will be broadcast on large screens so that guests can keep up with the races in real-time. You will have the full Derby feel, as your evening will be complemented with Derby-themed hors d’oeuvres, signature cocktails, beer and wine. We are working to raise funding to support the over 2,100 young people that the organization serves throughout the year through their afterschool and summer youth development programs.
