Designed for moms entering their 2nd trimester of pregnancy, but expectant moms of any gestational age are welcome. We explore the relationship between baby’s development and the changes our bodies undergo throughout pregnancy, tips to cope with common discomforts related to pregnancy, key concepts related to a healthy pregnancy, what to expect at your OB visits, and pointers to help you prepare for baby throughout the pregnancy. This class is from 6 pm - 7:30 pm. 'Select a date' to sign up! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Doors will lock once class starts.
