Co-Presented by the City of Sugar Creek and the City of Independence, this inaugural “Sky-High Kite Festival” will have you gazing at the colossal kites flown by Great American Kites & Events! Festival-goers are welcome to relax in the park with picnic blankets, chairs and food. Vendors and food trucks will be onsite and small kites will be available for purchase.
