Join us for a 5 Course Italian Dinner Pairing that will be held at the brewery on Wednesday, April 19th from 7:30-9pm.This event will include 5 flight glass pours (5oz) of select craft beers that have been paired nicely with Chef Moyer's 5 course Italian food menu. Dinner tickets are $65.00 per person (plus tax & tip) and you'll be required to pay $20 per person in advance to reserve your seats. You'll pay the remaining balance of $44.00 plus tax & tip at the brewery (if someone wishes to join but would prefer to eat off the normal menu, only buy a ticket for the pairing meal and include a note with the number of people in your party).We will continue to service walking-in customers after 7pm downstairs with last call for drinks at 9pm and last call for food is at 7pm.The 5 Course Dinner & Craft Beer Pairing Menu:Course 1 - Charcuterie with Italian cured meats & cheese paired with a sour aged Belgian Quad

Course 4 - Osso bocco on Risotto Milanese with lemon & garlic gremolata paired with Hazy Shade Wheat Ale
Course 5 -Tiramisu paired with Decapitator Doppelbock (German Lager)
