Join us 6 Friday afternoons beginning the second week of April for Curious City's Plant & Mushroom ID and foraging session! Kids with parents in tow will be: Hiking through 3 Ypsilanti locations with new and old homeschool friendsLearning responsible foraging rulesLearning to identify plants and mushroomsLearning to identify edibles we can forageLearning to identify not-edible look alikesDoing movement and craft activities in the woodsBreathing all the fresh air, rain or shineAnd more! We are an unschool group that encourages kids to pursue their curiosity, and listen to their inner voice. Registration is sliding scale -- families who generously compensate us at the level III registration make it possible for us to offer a more economical level I for families with less financial flexibility.
