Welcome to our Pasta Camp for ages 13 and up! In this hands-on culinary experience, students will learn the art of making fresh pasta from scratch. Throughout the course, students will be guided by Chef Sheena, who will teach them everything they need to know about preparing delicious pasta dishes. This includes learning how to make the perfect pasta dough, how to clean equipment properly, and how to read and break down recipes. Students will also have the opportunity to experiment with different pasta shapes and will learn how to create two classic sauces - a red sauce and a white sauce - to pair with their homemade pasta creations. By the end of the camp, students will have the skills and knowledge to impress their friends and family with their delicious homemade pasta dishes.
