2nd Annual Wonder Woman Wellness Conference Theme: Discover the Wonder Woman in you! • Women's Empowerment Conference designed to promote the mental and physical wellness of the attendees. • Engaging topics and activities designed to empower and inspire the attendees. • Speakers include motivational speakers and mental health professionals with a wealth of experience and strong commitment to supporting women. • Pamper Party and Pop-Up Shop designed to enhance the conference experience through relaxation and retail therapy. Free Pamper Party: o chair massages o mini manicures o conference themed refreshments Shop til You Drop Pop Up Shop will include: o authors o apparel o jewelry o cosmetics o networking Theme: Discover the Wonder Woman in you! Objective: The goal of the conference is to empower women to create a better version of themselves, because there is a Wonder Woman in us all! Better Mental Health * Better Physical Health * Better Relationships Expected Outcomes: Our goal is to have the attendees leave with a greater commitment to; Self-Acceptance - Understanding that they are enough, that they are important and that they matter. Self-Care - Prioritizing their physical and mental health. Self-Actualization -The realization or fulfillment of their talents and potential. Self-Efficacy- The belief in their ability to effect change in their lives, achieve goals, or produce desired results. We will have local vendors and free pampering services provided to our attendees during registration. We will also have experienced workshop presenters and a “I Wonder Why therapist panel" to talk through things that only us women deal with. The IMAGINE Mentoring Program of Michigan & Monroe County Opportunity Program has partnered to support all women in honor of women's month.
