RETRO Kick-Start/Tech Training is a 3-day comprehensive session for new Aeroseal dealers. Kick-Start is geared toward the operating manager level (Owner/GM). During Kick-Start you will meet folks from several departments at Aeroseal. You will understand the network of support we have built and all of the resources that are available to help you become successful. The agenda will explore best practices in the area of marketing and lead generation, sales processes, basic productivity tips, pricing and incentives that work.  Tech Training is targeted at technicians that will be operating the Aeroseal equipment. This training focuses on hardware, software, and application training. Technicians will be certified based on their knowledge of proper home preparation, handling and set up of equipment, proper use of tools, hardware and materials, proper use of the software program(s), including upload procedures, and proper maintenance of equipment. A passing grade of 70% or greater on the assessment test is required for certification.
