MENU BEER: Masthead Hazy Headlines IPA (NEIPA 6.5% Cleveland, OH)Hazy Headlines is brewed with our favorite hand selected hops to elicit notes of pineapple, passion fruit, mango, and orange zest. Expect to be greeted by a densely hazy pour., incredible hop flavor, virtually no bitterness and a luscious finish. PAIRING: Firecracker Shrimp (shrimp deep fried and tossed in sweet Thai chili sauce served atop avocado mousse and garnished with tuxedo sesame seeds) BEER: R. Shea Downtown Nut Brown (Brown Ale 4.75% Akron, OH)This ale is a thirst-quenching, easy drinker after a hard day's work downtown. Subtle nuttiness from the darker malts lends to its signature flavor and clean finish. PAIRING: Slider, baby portobello cap stuffed with caramelized onions, garlic braised mushrooms covered with swiss cheese and a brown ale gravy BEER:Masthead Jalapeno IPA (IPA 6.8% Cleveland, OH)Brewed with fresh jalapenos, the fruity notes from hand-selected hops pair well with that unmistakable aroma and flavor, all backed up with just the right level of spiciness. PAIRING: Slider, burger patty topped with pepper jack cheese, shishito salsa and a toasted cumin and lime crema BEER: Toxic Okay Karen Pilsner (Pilsner 5% Dayton, OH)Made in collaboration with our friends at Coco's Bistro, a Dayton favorite in fine dining since 2006. A delicate malty sweetness is balanced out by a pleasant hop bitterness in this straw colored, effervescent classic style pilsner. PAIRING: Slider, crispy pork belly topped with smoked tomato compote and a creamy brussel sprout slaw BEER: R Shea Our Saving Grace Flutternutter Stout (Double Pastry Stout 11.25% Akron, OH)Peanut butter and marshmallow combine forces to fight an invisible, apocalyptical villain. PAIRING: Chocolate coffee sponge cake with a hazelnut sweet cream icing and garnished with shaved chocolate bits This event is age 21+.
