Help us celebrate Joseph Pilates classical Mat series; by joining us for a free mat class. Spots are limited so reservations are required. Bring your own yoga mat if you'd like, we will have a few available for use. One of our instructors will guide you through as much of the mat series as they can in a 50 min session. The last 10 minutes of class are used to answer questions and go over any movements you might like more help with.
