The Friendship Cup is a traditional Scottish cup originally from the highlands of Scotland and used to offer a welcoming drink among friends and family. Yours will be started on the lathe and turned with a rim, removed from the lathe and the handles cut with a saw. You will finish your piece with a final sanding to smooth the cut areas and, of course, a food safe finish. Some turning experience is helpful.
