Description

Katie Jepsen will be instructing a 60-minute circuit class that features a dynamic warmup, with strength training, and a cooldown stretching session to end. There will be 10-12 stations with 60-90secs intervals that will get your body moving. This is a great class to get your lightweight lifting reps in for the day and your muscles flexing! Katie Jepsen Her passion and love for fitness started as early as she can remember. Both her parents were high-achieving athletes, so being active at an early age was just a part of everyday life. From early morning fitness to trying out the latest and greatest fitness experiences, it has always been dedication at the highest level. The meaning/view of fitness changed for Katie in 2015 when her mother was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). To have the ability to move and connect physically became therapy for Katie. Helping others find the best version of themselves daily through physical movement and self-growth has become one of Katie's passions in her life. Katie is excited to share the skills and knowledge she has gained over the last 15+ years in the fitness industry with all of you!
