Two days only. Old Abe is bringing BACK Rochester's only mobile sauna, Sauna Life, to our Cooke Park shop. Grab some friends and book a two-hour timeslot on Sat or Sun April 1 and 2. Sauna Life will bring the heat; Old Abe will bring the cold drinks and bites. Each ticket includes two hour access to the stoked sauna and cold bath, adult and NA beverages and small bites. Work up a cleansing sweat and then jump in the ice bath. Repeat. You'll feel reborn. Max 6 people per two-hour session. You will be required to sign a waiver at the event. Each ticket is a single entry. PROVIDED: Beverages; a warm changing area; restroom YOU BRING: Bathing suit; towel; flip flops/sandals (optional)
