EVENT INFORMATION: All times that are listed below are (EST) Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 2, 2023 from, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The System Operator Working Group Meeting will be held at the following location: Santee Cooper Somerset Recreation Center 2213 Pinopolis Rd. Moncks Corner, South Carolina 29461 (843) 761-8680 HOTEL INFORMATION: Moncks Corner Inn 505 Rembert C Dennis Blvd. Moncks Corner, SC 29461 (843) 761-5900 A reduced rate of $89 per night is offered to attendees. Included is a complimentary breakfast. Call (843) 761-5900 and ask for the SERC room block. The SERC room block will be open until Friday, July 7, 2023 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. The distance from the Moncks Corner Inn to the Santee Cooper Somerset Recreation Center is approximately 5.9 miles (12 minutes). Please click the LINK for directions. You will need to go through the Guard gate to get to the Santee Cooper Somerset Recreation Center. Please note, you will not have to show your ID at the guard gate. Let them know that you are attending a meeting for Santee Cooper. Parking at the Santee Cooper Somerset Recreation Center is complimentary. PARKING / GROUND TRANSPORTATION: The Moncks Corner Inn does not offer complimentary transportation to and from the Charleston International Airport.
