Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce, a 501©3 organization, is a membership organization dedicated to offering products, services and educational programming for multi-cultural business-owners and professionals within the Beaufort and neighboring communities. Our mission is dedicated to the economic empowerment of African American communities and small businesses in Beaufort County. Check out some of the featured beverages below! Black Girl Magic (the wine) is the brainchild of two siblings who are taking the industry by storm: Robin and Andrea McBride. It was time for Black women and everyone who supports Black culture to have a wine that was made with Her in mind. Black Girl Magic is more than a phrase. It’s a feeling. A look. A mood. A taste. Our wines are a celebration for us, by us, of all the things passed down from our ancestors to today. Our features, our skin, our beauty, our magic … and the wine inspired by it all. Jamie Foxx: Owning a brand that can bring life to a party has always been a goal of mine. When I was first introduced to Brown Sugar Bourbon, I said, ‘This is the right flavor.’ I took a couple of cases and I floated a bottle into the crowd at a party, and the bottle came back empty. Friends kept asking me, “What is this?” And I was like “BSB!” Someone said, “You ran out of that sweet stuff, this is BS!” and I said no, “This is BSB!” Snoop Dogg is a culture creator, innovator, and a leader in pop culture. 19 Crimes is a brand that was built on authentic stories of rebellion, defiance, loyalty and perseverance. In 1788, banishment to Australia from the UK became the punishment of choice. If you broke any one of the 19 Crimes, you sailed on a harrowing journey where months later your fate awaited. Times were tough but these individuals were tougher and they overcame adversity and insurmountable odds to ultimately claim redemption. Looking forward to networking with you all!
