Felipe is a co-creator of Unblended's UVI mentorship program, a mentor himself, and owner of La Ventolera - the farm we can thank for this featured release! Felipe has drawn inspiration from the wine industry and become a disciplined student of fermentation. We can't wait to hear about the experimental carbonic maceration process they have implored to bring us this gem. Throughout this class, we will be discussing the past, present, and future of coffee as it relates to processing and changes we are seeing in the industry.
