Those of us who have diabetes or love someone who does, know how difficult it is to flawlessly manage it, make time for ourselves in a busy world, and not feel alone in having it or supporting our loved ones with it. These two hours have been put together by diabetics for diabetics to actually breathe and focus on our own much-needed self-care. If you have extra unneeded diabetes supplies or are in need of more, we will also have a supply donation station. First time yogis, seasoned yogis, and skeptics of all ages are welcome! Kids will have the option to attend their own special kids yoga class. And if you make a new friend, we suppose that'll be a cool plus to all of this! Admission is any donation amount you are comfortable with. It will directly go to the yoga studio funding our event, help fund our April event, and keep the cost low for all Central Florida families.
