This is an event for families with children who have special needs. Free community programing provided by the St. Francis Children's Center and their generous donors. Porch Play! with the Pink Umbrella. Theatre instructors will work with your children with special needs to act out a story. Siblings are also able to attend!This is not a drop off- event.
