Join us at Mark’s Prime in Ocala for a special event featuring unique menu creations from our executive chef, paired with hand-crafted St. Augustine Distillery Cocktails. This is a must-attend event for guests seeking an authentic and unique experience. Limited to only 30 guests in our private dining room to guarantee maximum enjoyment and exclusivity. We will be joined by the master distiller from St. Augustine Distillery who will present each drink and discuss the origins and background behind the creation of these unique and special Florida hand-crafted spirits. Dinner begins at 6pm and consists of a 4-course meal with each course paired with a hand-crafted cocktail to perfectly compliment each dish. Due to the unique nature of this event and the extensive advanced preparation required, tickets must be purchased in advance and tickets are not refundable - however they can be transferred to another guest. EVENT MENU First Course - Baby Arugula salad, Hibiscus Sherry Vinaigrette, Grapefruit Brulé, Shaved Casalingo, Crisp Parmesan. First Course Cocktail Pairing - Grapefruit Hibiscus Martini with St. Augustine Florida Cane Vodka. The sweet and sour juice of grapefruit, enhanced with the essence of hibiscus, lime juice and Florida Golden Cane Sugar is a flavor combination like no other. Second Course - Herb Encrusted Jumbo Scallop Over Congaree Penn Purple Rice Grits, Spiced Lemon Cream. Second Course Cocktail Pairing - New World Gin and Tonic with St. Augustine Hand Made Gin, a cane neutral spirit with 13 botanicals, mixed with a hand-crafted delightful tonic syrup made with Florida Cane sugar and a refreshing blend of spices, including cinchona bark - the bark from which quinine is harvested. Third Course - Braised Lamb Shank, Potato Pave, Lingonberry Glace, Poached Cucumber, Feta Mousse Third Course Cocktail Pairing - St. Augustine Florida Straight Bourbon Old Fashioned. St. Augustine Bourbon has a nose that is deep and warm with notes of toffee, cinnamon marshmallow, leather, stone fruit, and vanilla and dark cocoa. We combine it with our premium barrel-aged old-fashioned mix made from Florida cane sugar, premium bitters, cinchona bark (the bark from which quinine is harvested) and our favorite savory spices. Dessert Course - Coconut and Pineapple Pastry, Candied Ginger, Brown Sugar, Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream Dessert Course Cocktail Pairing - Tropical Tiki Cocktail, made with St. Augustine Pot Distilled Rum and a proprietary blend of Florida cane sugar, pineapple, coconut and lime and you might think you've been whisked off to a tropical island. Digestif Course - An after-dinner drink special, featuring the award-winning St. Augustine "The Saint" Bourbon. This exclusive spirit is made by finishing their award-winning Florida Straight Bourbon in barrels that previously held Old Fashioned Mix. They bottle it at barrel strength. So smooth, that you absolutely will not believe that you are drinking a high-proof spirit!
