Welcome to Triton Talk - a program dedicated to bringing speakers focused on the college's values and goals of Academic Success, Community & Student Engagement, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging, and Career Readiness & Preparation.
As we are in the final quarter of the current academic year, our focus today is the importance of sustaining motivation to reach the finish line, which for some of you, means wrapping up your time at Edmonds College, graduating in June, and beginning the search for the start of your career.
For others, it means giving it your best to succeed another quarter before heading into a well-deserved summer break, where we hope to see you back in the Fall Quarter.
As an inspirer, Jean has motivated many to find out exactly what they want to do for a living, especially students, through his poetry, inspirational stories, and successful strategies. Having overcome his internal battles with fear and pressure to succeed as a college student, Jean used his imagination to create a career for himself. Jean’s gifts made room for him as he published two books while in college and took social media by storm with his influential quotes.
His keynotes and strategies have not only left students inspired but motivated to take action toward the career of their dreams. Jean changes lives by showing audiences across the globe how they are an idea away from being a success story.
