Join us on Saturday, April 22 to tour a variety of our custom homes from traditional to contemporary styles in Richardson, TX. Meet our clients to hear their experience building their custom home with Shaddock Caldwell. Plus, learn about new architectural trends, design ideas and more from our team. Tickets are $15 pre-sale or $20 at the door with all proceeds benefiting the International Justice Mission. Date: April 22, 2023 Time: 10:00 am – 3 pm Where: Tour begins at 2214 Sutton Place, Richardson, TX 75080 2214 Sutton Place, 3002 Sutton, 26 Shady Cove, 4 Mimosa, 7 Mimosa and 1227 Ottawa All homes on the tour are occupied except 4 Mimosa Place, 7 Mimosa Place and 1227 Ottawa, which are currently for sale. Pre-Sale Tickets: $15 per ticket (Children 12 and under are free) Answers to Frequently Asked Questions This is a RAIN OR SHINE event. All the tour homes are prepared for whatever Mother Nature has planned.Please begin your tour at 2214 Sutton Place, Richardson, TX 75080. All ticket holders will receive a tour of homes map upon arrival.Walk-ups are welcome day of event (no cash, credit cards only).All ticket holders will need to arrive at 2214 Sutton Place, Richardson, TX 75080 no later than 1 pm to be able to tour all the homes. The tour of homes event will end at 3 pm.You do NOT need your printed Eventbrite ticket, just provide your name upon arrival 2214 Sutton Place, Richardson, TX 75080.All tour goers must wear shoe covers before entering the home. Shoes covers will be provided at each home.No food or drink is permitted inside the homes.
