Rhonda and Jeff's fight to restore the rights of Black Creek freedmen is making progress. The judge presiding over the case awarded fees in favor of Rhonda and Jeff and ruled that attorneys representing the Citizenship Board must provide additional documentation and answers to questions by March 17th, 2023, or risk facing further sanctions. The trial is set to commence on April 4th, 2023.
