Looking for a unique gift this Mother’s Day? or a special piece of jewelry that makes you think of your loved ones? Local jewelry artist Anne Nichelson of fortenna jewelry will be holding this unique opportunity at be jeweled on Saturday, April 1st! Anne will guide you through creating a unique necklace with your own fingerprint impressions and/or impressions of those who are special to you. She'll take the impressions in jeweler's wax and have them cast into sterling silver, ready in time for Mother's Day. A solid 14k yellow gold pendant will also be an available option. Book your time slot and bring your children, significant other, sibling, friend, etc. See you then! ** PLEASE NOTE: Starting Thursday, March 23rd at 12noon we're opening up sixteen 15-minute appointment times to ensure you have a dedicated time and opportunity to create your special piece(s). We strongly suggest you reserve a time slot as soon as possible to reduce wait times and guarantee your spot for the event. If you have 1-3 people in your group who will be coming for impressions, then please reserve one time slot only. If there are more than 3 people in your group, then please choose an additional time slot. A wait list is available, and walk-ins are welcome, but please understand we may not have availability to take you or there may be a wait time. D e t a i l s: - Style options: At the start of your appointment time, you will have the choice to create one, two, or three pendants. Pendants are offered in two sizes (small and medium), and you can choose to make the impression on one-side only or both sides. Medium is approximately the size of a dime in diameter. You will also have the option to choose from two sterling silver chain styles 16-18" in length. Samples will be available on site. - Metals: Pendants will be cast in sterling silver. Upon request, we can also have pendants cast in solid14k yellow gold. - Pricing: Depending on the size and number of pendants you choose the price for the sterling silver impression jewelry ranges from $159 to $299 plus MA 6.25% sales tax. A solid 14K gold pendant starts at $599 plus MA 6.25% sales tax. Please note all pieces made at the fortenna pop-up impression event at be jeweled on April 1st need to be purchased in store that day. We accept cash, venmo, and credit card payments. - Timing: Anne will take your impressions in wax and then your finished pieces will be ready for pickup at be jeweled starting Tuesday, May 9th, or you may choose to have your necklace(s) shipped to you. ** It's free to reserve your time slot, but if you are not able to make your appointment time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can open the time slot up to those on the waitlist or accept walk-ins. Significant amounts of time and effort go into planning these customized events so we appreciate when you join us and arrive for your specific slot.
