How will you set your business up for success after your exit? These are the important questions that need answered: What are your future planning goals, investment in employees, and how do you create a path for your successors. Business owners this workshop is to educate you on the resources available to help you prepare your exit from the business by either creating a succession plan and/or setting it up to be sold. We will also make you aware of resources available to help you grow your business. Second, business owners and individuals will learn of the need to plan for your retirement and unexpected life events that may negatively impact your golden years. Featured Speakers: Keith Baldwin - Springfield Community Navigator - A pilot program funded by a grant from the Small Business Administration to help entrepreneurs and business owners that are starting, growing or winding down their business get the resources they need to succeed at no cost to the Business. Rich Whalen - R J Whalen Consulting, LLC - Consultant working with the Small Business Develpment Center in Springfield with years of experience in buying and selling businesses. Bill Johnson - Financial Advisor & Vice President, Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC - Fiduciary financal advisor working with clients to identify financial needs, specifically identifying investment goals and objectives.
