In a relaxed and encouraging environment through an in-person learning experience, expectant mothers learn about the immediate and long-term benefits of breastfeeding for both mother and baby. Discussion on how to recognize early hunger cues; proper latching techniques; various feeding positions; as well as an in-depth breast pump and milk storage education are discussed.
