This month's topic is: "Living for Tomorrow" and it will feature a panel discussion with Black physicians & nurse practitioners and moderated by Mrs. Lecresha Sewell (Founder/CEO, Melanated Healthcare). The panel will feature Dr. Jessica Dowe (Med Life Fit), Dr. Tamea Evans (Humana's CenterWell), and Ms. Dominique Coleman, APRN (UofL Health). So many times we get busy doing "life" and do not take the time to focus on ourselves. Do NOT miss this powerful discussion with ways from healthcare professionals on how you can make sure to include yourself daily so that you "Live for Tomorrow!" Come out and not only learn, but network with other stroke survivors, and enjoy some coffee and light refreshments. We will have various vendors who will also be there to encourage you to stop and take care of yourself.
